Sava Plastic & Metal Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd, is a one-stop metal products solution provider. We have offered OEM service for more than 10 years. Our main customers are from America, Europe and Asia.

We have three production plants, stamping, machining and facility hardware processing. The OEM products covering automobile, electric and electronics, machine, various facilities and medical ranges. Products are made from stainless steel, cold rolled/hot rolled steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, brass, copper, titanium alloy, white goad, silver. We also service surface treatment such as plating, painting, powder paint, electrophoresis, anodizing etc.

The production tooling, molding, jigs and fixtures are designed and fabricated by ourselves.

What makes us different is from our technical support at development stage, we can offer material, design and process suggestions which can help void problems in mass production. For long-term production parts, we will offer VACD program to help reduce costs. We are able to support DFM discussion, project planning, quick prototypes, NPI and continuous improvement.

     Our quality management follows ISO 9001-2001 system. We are so familiar with IATF16949 quality system, giving support for FA submission, FMEA, CP, SOP, MSA, SPC, 8D report and other relevant documents quired.
